Whether you’re an experienced nurse or a new graduate, registered nurses may qualify for up to $10,000 in sign-on incentives when you apply with UI Health Care today. An additional $2,500 incentive is available for select positions in the following areas: Medical Surgical Services, Operating Room, Behavioral Health Services, Digestive Health Services, Cancer Center, and Heart and Vascular Adult Cath Lab.
There are two options to start the application process for a nursing position at UI Hospitals & Clinics. Option one is general, it tells us about you. Option two is more specific, you are telling us which open position(s) you’re applying for.
Option one can be completed using our online interest form. You will give us basic information about you and your career interests. Our Nurse Recruitment Team uses this information to help match you up with available positions that fit your interests.
Option two takes you to the Jobs at UIowa site, where you select the position(s) you would like to pursue. You apply for each position that interests you through the University of Iowa’s on-line job application system. The position descriptions for each of our open jobs includes an Apply for Job button that takes you through the application for that position.
We invite you to fill out option one now. It won’t obligate you for anything further and shows us you’re interested in connecting with our Nurse Recruitment Team to learn more.
If you’ve already found an open position that interests you, please feel free to skip option one and begin the application process for that position. You can still contact our Nurse Recruitment Team to get questions answered and to set up preliminary meetings with nurses in the areas that interest you.
